I watch those youthful paisley eyes.
They drink the screen just like a child.
Your breath, a hint of intentions
passing as windows in your heart.
A patient eye,
I wait for ours to land on mine
and rest your head for just the time it
takes to kiss your face one time
and then you're gone again and I'll just
meet you back inside us in an hour.
Inhale your thought sand sit with them,
mulling them over and over.
I look and peek inside them
and breathe idle until the end.
I'll wait till then passing time, again.
These patient eyes
wait for yours to land on mine
and rest your head for just
the time it takes to kiss your face one time
and then you're gone again and I'll just
meet you back inside us in an hour.
