Is there something wrong that made you leave
When we began to exert our hearts on our sleeve
There's a fine line between intelligence and stating
"I think I'll use a metaphor to increase my appeal"
By standing on that razor's edge, you've clearly sealed the deal
With no prior knowledge of history, you cannot possibly be the future
For in a world with common knowledge, you simply don't belong
I've tried my best to expound upon ideas of:
Mortality, individuality and gratitude
But your type of gratitude involves the fellating of phallic members
And you've become too blind to decline force fed trauma
Open your eyes, relive your past
Just for once, stop the attitude
Losing close friends is something we're akin to
But second chances are your strongest aspect
And I'm waiting for the day you offer one in compact
However I have no room for those with false intentions
I'd rather see myself dead on an altar amongst "God" himself
Before I take you back within my roster of friends
