My Everyday Burning

Let the anger flow,

Through the veins of my regret,
The innocent are the ones that get hurt,
Another thousand steps and we fall into the blankness of the unknown.

Through the mist and the woods and the shadows,
Thick and thin through this toil and the gallows,
Horrified as every face distorts when they look at me,
As I run so save my life from death and,
Running long turning hard around the dark bend,
Everywhere I go visions and normality's is what I see.

Rise or fall my dark tale ends,
The joy of my sorrow,
The power of my weakness,
And strength of my forgiveness.
